Traditional ready to wear Sherwanis are buttoned up to the collar and lengthwise they are made below the knee but Rici Melion is also catering to the need of modern men by providing them sherwanis that are above the knee which adds to the charm and grace of men. Rici Melion sherwani fits quite close to the body and this is what lends to its elegance. Thus, fitting is of utmost importance, as it has the capability to make or break the whole look. When it comes to ornamentation, the sherwanis are embellished with varied kinds of artwork such as beads, mirrors, sequins and embroidery, which makes all the sherwanis of Rici Melion an epitome of perfection.

Shipping:

Product is delivered within 3-5 working days. If you are unable to pick up the order the courier company will contact you twice again to deliver the parcel. Delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched.

Returns:

Variance in color or texture of the product might occur due to digital display. Rici Melion would not return or exchange products for this particular reason.

Return and exchange is not possible in the following cases:

1. If the product delivered is not in its authentic form i.e. (labels, tags, packing or accessories are missing)
2. Time allowed for return or exchange has expired.
3. The product is defected because of use.

Items ordered online can only be exchanged through our customer service department and it is not possible to return it at our Flagship store. If you want to exchange a defected item, you have to email us the images of defected products at info@ricimelion.com

Our team will evaluate the defect and in case of approval of the request, you can get any product of equal price in exchange to the defected product.

In most cases, refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for the purchase. Refunded amount will only include the cost of the item(s) and taxes, shipping cost is non-refundable. The process of return takes up to 14 days. It can take up to two billing cycles for the credit to be shown on credit card statement.

Order Cancellation:

Order can be cancelled any time before its confirmation. Once your order is confirmed you will receive an order confirmation email on your registered email address. When the order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking number of your parcel. After the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and comes under Return & Exchange Policy. Rici Melion has the right to cancel an order at any time for any reason. Reasons of order cancellation include, but not limited to the following:

1. Item is out of stock.
2. Credit Card used for purchase is not accepted.
3. There are any pricing errors.
