Pakistan Shipping

• Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days across Pakistan.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
• We offer FREE shipping on orders above PKR 5,000 (Pakistan only).
• Once your order is confirmed, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp.
• Our delivery rider will contact you before delivery for confirmation.
• We provide two delivery attempts per order. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

International Shipping

• For international orders, please contact us before placing your order.
• Shipping charges and delivery timelines will be shared accordingly.
• Any custom duties, VAT, or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return guidelines below:

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Products purchased on sale or discount may not be eligible for return (unless defective).
• In case of damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately with proof (images/videos).
• Return shipping costs may be applicable unless the issue is from our side.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
